You will be billed monthly starting on the day of enrollment and continuing every month thereafter until cancelled by you. This is a month-to-month agreement and there is no cancellation penalty. Cancellation requests must be received in writing no later than 3 business days prior to the next billing date. Membership is non-transferrable. Any unused benefits will be forfeited at the time of membership cancellation and cannot be redeemed. Must be 18 or older to enroll in membership.
